We have completed the first phase of our renovation, slightly behind schedule but within our budget. On April 24th, we hosted a Broker Open House for about 40 brokers who represent tenants in the Conejo Valley area. The response to our renovation was very positive, and many agreed that they expect that we will lease the building quickly. Click here to see Before and After photos.
