COP Charitable Foundation

An important part of Creative Office Properties’ business philosophy is giving back and supporting the local communities in which it operates, and helping those who need it most.

We are in the process of establishing Creative Office Properties Charitable Foundation, a California 501(c)(3) to receive 10% of the net cash flow from each project we develop. The COP Charitable Foundation will provide funds to homeless shelters, transitional housing, food banks and job training and support organizations in each of its market areas.
