Here is an article that was on the Op Ed page of the New York Times on April 4th. This is exactly the type of environment Creative Office Properties is creating at LC3. We have had a number of tours, and are in negotiations with two prospective tenants, both of whom are technology-oriented. While we're finding most tenants "get it", some look for more traditional environments (private offices, drop ceilings, carpeted floors). Will these be the dinosaurs? Only time will tell!
