Building Renovation

The first phase of the building renovation is now complete, and we have transformed an aging, "Taco Bell-style" 1980's garden office building into a state-of-the-art creative office campus. We have replaced the roof and have installed operable windows, new contemporary entryways with xeriscape landscaping and attractive metal and glass canopies on the corners of the building.

The Commons is at the center of the project, a gathering place for tenants in the building with free WiFi, comfortable seating, interactive tenant directory, flat screen TV with Apple TV and honor coffee/tea bar with free water and ice.  One glass wall opens up to the patio areas which feature shaded seating, water features and a fire pit.  These are all places where tenants can meet, greet, interact and exchange ideas, making for a dynamic community environment!

The interior tenant suites are open, light and airy with high beam ceilings and polished concrete floors. There are some private offices and meeting spaces, but the majority of the space is open-- ready for workstations and other furniture which can easily be moved and reconfigured to give companies increased flexibility.

For large tenants, there are private patios and entrances directly off the parking area.
