LC3- Lindero Canyon Creative Campus

Creative Office Properties is pleased to announce its new project, Lindero Canyon Creative Campus, or LC3.  LC3 is located at the key intersection of Agoura Road and Lindero Canyon Road in the Westlake Village area of Los Angeles, California.  Comprising 65,000 square feet, COP is transforming the two-story building into a state-of-the-art creative office building.  It will have a new, contemporary look, coupled with many indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, open and flexible tenant improvements and connectivity for modern businesses. The renovation is currently underway and is expected to be completed by the end of the 1st Quarter 2013.  Active lease negotiations are in process.
